Nap Time Fails Because of the Dog

Every parent knows how important nap time is. Unfortunately, most dogs do not understand this at all.

Dogs somehow always choose nap time to:

  • bark at delivery drivers,
  • chase squirrels outside,
  • run through the hallway,
  • or squeak toys loudly beside the nursery.

Parents often spend an hour getting the baby to sleep only for the dog to wake everyone up seconds later.

Some dogs even become overly excited during quiet moments because they think silence means playtime.

Despite these frustrating interruptions, many dogs genuinely try to stay close to sleeping babies because they feel protective.

The problem is that their protective instincts are often much louder than necessary.
