Captain Bo demanded a photo finish. The photograph showed two slippers being slippers.

The judges enlarged it. They now had a larger photograph of the same problem.

One slipper claimed victory based on a particularly determined expression. The other pointed out that slippers did not have expressions.

Professor Duck suggested awarding a shared medal.

Bo worried this would undermine the competitive spirit. The slippers said they had entered as a pair.

This changed everything.

They were declared joint winners in the Team Comfort division. The crowd approved.

For the next event, Bo labeled the lanes clearly.

Unfortunately, the finalists were two matching socks. The organizers began considering a sport with more visually distinct equipment.
