Zombie Yoga Is Mostly Remembering the Appointment
Share
A fictional comedy from CyberBabiez. The characters and events are invented.
The imaginary zombie wellness club scheduled a quiet stretching class. Zed arrived with a sandwich drawing and a gardening hat.
He had remembered the appointment but not its general category.
The instructor welcomed everyone and invited them to settle in. Three residents immediately asked whether settling in counted as the whole class.
They practiced paying attention to the present moment. Zed found the present moment pleasant but wondered what the next one would be like.
A clock ticked. Somebody's hat fell off. The group laughed, and the room finally relaxed.
At the end, the instructor asked what they had learned.
Zed said that remembering to arrive was a good beginning.
Everyone agreed.
Next week's class was written on a large sign beside the door. Half the group photographed the sign and immediately forgot where they had saved the picture.
